Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
In case of exceptional situations such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, the Institute may, at its sole discretion, review written requests for consideration.
Any such review shall be purely discretionary and shall not be treated as a right, entitlement, or precedent.
The decision of the Institute in this regard shall be final and binding.
